Responsibilities:
- Perform supplier assessment, approval and audit
- Manage APQP, PPQP as well as change activities and support supplier to phase in and ramp up
- Ensure availability and completeness of product and test documentation during production
- Conduct quality audits at supplier site
- Record, analyze and generate data
- Purchase the correct quantity with the quoted price in the scheduled time
- Control costs, ensure the correct and timely delivery of material in order to follow the schedule
- Guarantee that the objectives, rules, procedures and predetermined periods to be observed
- Promote the good relationship between internal departments and also within the Purchasing Department
- Maintain monthly statistics on purchase department’s actions

Requirements:
- Vocational School with qualification as milling cutter,at least one year relevant working experience
- Knowledge about CNC / milling applications (pneumatic, vacuum, sensor)
- Read and interpret technical drawing, interpretation, corrective action at the program and adjustment of parameter
- Knowledge of measurement instruments (micrometer) and operation of fine-tuning of a 5-axis CNC milling machine manufactured by MAKA (or machines of other brands which have the similar functions) (zero point provision, manage programs, etc) and their environment such as vacuum and compressed air generation
- Knowledge in the use of different jig devices with pneumatic function and possibly also vacuum jig and know about programming according to DIN / ISO 66 025 for 5 axis
- Know how to operate Siemens S840D (or machines of other brands which have the similar functions) and knowledge in the use of optical presetting and shrink device manufactured by the company GARANT (or machines of other brands which have the similar functions)
- Knowledge in the use of control gauges, reading and the evaluation of drawings / tolerances, necessary maintenance of facilities
- ＋Experience in CAM system preferred
- Good PC (MS-office) skills, good coordination and communication as well as organizing and planning skills
- High interpersonal skills and sense for responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure, a team player and strong self-initiator, precise, proactive
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
- German language proficiency preferred
- Willing to work and live in Tianjin
