  • Responsibilities:
    • Responsibility for the technical sales of company's sensor products, including, differential pressure, and flow sensors
    • Development of new sales opportunities and address the needs of all assigned accounts
    • Utilize excellent product, competitor and customer knowledge to act as a consultant for diverse level of customer contacts including R&D engineers, purchasers, quality and production, and high level managers
    • Perform direct customer sales activities and hands on technical support
    • Identify areas to pursue market expansion as well as new applications of existing technologies
    • Provide regular business forecasts and rolling projections
    • Gather and document knowledge of competitors and their products
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Electronics, Electrical, Automatic Control, Physics or Mechanical Engineering
    • Master in the field of automation / electrical engineering / mechatronics as well as Business Administration, Marketing, Finance preferred
    • 2-3 years of sales experience in technical sales of electro-mechanical components, Market knowledge in the field of Sensors
    • Track record of developing new customers and increasing sales with a consultative approach in a technology-driven industry
    • Experience in the following markets: Automotive, Medical Electronics, Industrial or HVAC Equipment, Home Appliance, and Factory Automation strongly preferred
    • Exposure to or experience with global project management processes, such as TTM and LPD preferred
    • Good PC (MS-office) skills
    • Able to demonstrate technical aptitude for electro-mechanical products, possession of excellent problem-solving skills
    • Strong oral and written communication skills in a cross-cultural environment, good organizing, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently, a team player
    • Self-motivated with a proven ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a global team environment
    • Track record of stable employment with strong ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships
    • Must fluent in Mandarin and English
    • Willing to frequently travel all over China and overseas
