Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the successful production and constant optimization of our electronic products and also assist as sub-project manager in the development phase
- Inspect current production runs
- Instant problem evaluation and solving problems in the field
- Ongoing redesign / optimization of current products
- Various support tasks in product development (circuit reviews, sample evaluation, measurements)
- Identify sources for advanced electronic components and help to obtain hard-to-get components in time

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or related studies
- Hands-on experience in audio and video electronics
- Experienced in optimizing pre- and mass production processes (SOP)
- Solid knowledge in analogue and digital electronic design
- Sound knowledge of up-to-date design and production standards
- Familiarity with CE requirements and design practice
- Good communication skills and team work spirit
- Strong problem analysis and solving skills
- Proactive and out-going, meticulous and eye-for-details, self motivated
- Continuously improvement and high cost conscious
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- German language knowledge is a plus
- Willing to live and work in Dongguan
