Mr. Maeder has been acknowledged for his strong community involvement and ethical business conduct, and was awarded the Golden Magnolia prize of the Zhejiang Province, for the most exemplary social company. In 2006 he has been honored with the Federal Cross of Merit on Ribbon for his efforts to strengthen the Chinese-German economic relations. As Vice President HR he has gained down-to-earth insights into managing daily personnel duties and developed a practical approach to tackling HR issues on all levels. A member of various local and international HR communities, James Huang is a generalist in the contemporary dynamic field of talent management. Mr. Liew holds a B. Sc. in International Business and M. Sc. CEMS in International Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. His research on strategic sourcing has been published in the Wall Street Journal and public reports of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs.
