Ulrich Maeder | Chairman
With more than 30 years of experience in China Mr. Maeder is certainly the expert when it comes to sustainable management in China as foreign investor.
He has earned his spurs as China manager in building his own China-based enterprise with more than 500 employees, as well as numerous crisis management and consulting projects within multinationals operating in China. Mr. Maeder has been acknowledged for his strong community involvement and ethical business conduct, and was awarded the Golden Magnolia prize of the Zhejiang Province, for the most exemplary social company. In 2006 he has been honored with the Federal Cross of Merit on Ribbon for his efforts to strengthen the Chinese-German economic relations. Ulrich Maeder is the visionary within the management team and serves as its rigorous conscience for excellence and ethical standards.
James Huang | CEO
For the past 14 years James Huang has been consistently involved in the strategic, tactical and operational HR management within a foreign invested company in China.
As Vice President HR he has gained down-to-earth insights into managing daily personnel duties and developed a practical approach to tackling HR issues on all levels. He considers it a special privilege to be in the position helping people to adjust to changes - there is no typical day in HR work as such as every person is unique. A member of various local and international HR communities, James Huang is a generalist in the contemporary dynamic field of talent management. He challenges himself as a service broker for executives and line managers within our clients' but also our own organization, and participates in consulting projects within multi-nationals operating in China. As CEO he calibrates the organization to anticipate the current and future challenges of managing talents in China, and guides the organization in developing best practice solutions to support our clients to successfully manage these challenges.
Chun Liew | Manager
As a Dutch born Singaporean fluent in 4 languages, Chun has obtained international working experience in Europe, Latin-America and Asia.
Mr. Liew holds a B. Sc. in International Business and M. Sc. CEMS in International Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He is the co-founder of iTraineeship.com and the Direct HR Network. His research on strategic sourcing has been published in the Wall Street Journal and public reports of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. Chun’s task as CIO consists of optimally utilizing technology and metrics to be able to maximize the long-term business performance of our clients.

Born in China, German by origin and with combined work and study experience in 6 countries spread over 2 continents, Michael is a true global citizen dedicated to cross-cultural understanding.
After gaining a solid working record in the machine building, automotive, and consulting industry Michael has co-founded the renowned international recruitment site iTraineeship.com. He holds a B.Sc. in International Business from Maastricht University and graduated Cum Laude with a M. Sc. CEMS in International Management from Rotterdam School of Management.
