Responsibilities:
2 Hours of Phone Time Every Single Day
Setup Candidate Search Profile in Collaboration with Client
Obtain / Generate Answers to Expected Questions from Candidates
Interview Sincerely Interested Active Applying Candidates, Passive Database Candidates,
Passive Headhunted Candidates and Passive Referral Candidates
Setup Final Shortlist of Active and Passive Candidates
(Prepare and) Send Candidate Introductions Email to Client (Minimally 10 Candidate
Introductions per week)
Push Client for Feedback on Already Introduced Candidates
Support Scheduling of Client >< Candidate Interviews
Push Client for Feedback on Already Conducted Client >< Candidate Interviews
Support On-Boarding Process
Push Client for Feedback on To-Be-Hired Candidate
Coach Recruitment Consultants & Recruitment Specialists
Requirements:
Excellent Multi-Lingual Communicator
Chinese (Mother Tongue)
English (Fluent) [Preferably CET6 and/or TEM8 certificate holders]
German, French and/or Japanese language skills are a plus
Highly Pro-Active
